If you are interested in creating your own Character Sheet for a new game system, improving an existing sheet, or creating your own sheet that's fully customized for your individual play style, you can build your own custom character sheet.
If you run a slightly modified version of a common game system such as Pathfinder with your own homebrew rules , you may want to modify the existing sheet. To do so, you must be a Pro subscriber. It's possible to have the character sheet "popped out" in a separate browser window from Roll20, but while in this mode, a number of things don't work quite as well as when it's viewed inside the VTT. The popping out feature is more of a convenience during play to keep the window uncluttered, but if you want to make lots of changes to the sheet, it's generally a good idea to not have it "popped out".
There is a library of sheets contributed by the community that you can choose to use instead of creating your own from scratch. If you're talking about a sheet for Roll20, there isn't one yet, it's still being made. Progress sneak peek for those interested. I've got the core sheet, skills, and custom skills completed. There's a few other miscellaneous I haven't added in I've got melee attack forms but not ranged weapon data, no equipment in yet, couple other things like that.
Roll templates are all fully functional for the section I've completed so far, including custom skills. Situation die should be rolled separately, and added or subtracted with the control die as necessary and compared to the score. So Reikou has submitted her Alternity character sheet to github or whatever it's called, and now we play the waiting game for it to be added to the list of use-able character sheets here.

I read through it, and did what they all said, yet my AMP: Year X sheets I attempted look like utter crap and half of the fillable sections would fill up with the same info put into a single space..

Without seeing your code, my guess around the sections filling with the same info We are also happy to help you learn, and looking at the code of existing character sheets is a great way to learn to do this.
Also, it will be easier for us to help you if you paste your code or code snippet into a post or link us to your code, and describe what you want it to do. Once we see that, we can better help you identify what you're doing wrong and how to fix it. I think it's great that you want to learn how to create a character sheet, because there are too few already.
